"Pawpaw" - Asimina triloba

The US's largest native fruit! It has the texture of custard, and the flavor varies from tree to tree but is generally described as a mix of various tropical fruits. I think they generally taste like mango, pineapple, vanilla, guava, and occasionally some floral notes. My favorite native fruit.

Pawpaws are not self fertile, so they require a genetically distinct individual to pollinate with. So unless you have some others nearby, it's a good idea to get two. These are first year seedlings from wild collected seeds. There are also a few larger second year seedlings from last year for the same price. First come, first serve.
