Native Landscape Care

Native landscapes generally require less maintenance and inputs than turfgrass lawns or non-native beds. However they do require some care to prevent the incursion of invasives and monitor that as your landscape matures and evolves it is doing so in a healthy and beautiful way.

Also, the knowledge of native plants and natural environments is fairly lacking in commodity lawncare services. As a result, we often find that the company hired to mow the turfgrass lawn will weed-whack, mow over, or use herbicides on adjacent natives, mistaking them for weeds. These companies also use gasoline powered equipment, which is loud and destructive to both the environment and the community.

To fill these two needs, we offer the Native Landscape Care service and our Quieter Lawn Care package.
